Vendors/Merchants signing up to AccentPOS What information do we collect about you? We will collect your Full Name, Company Address, Company Phone Number, Company Mobile Phone and/or Private Mobile Number, Company or Private Email address. Depending on the method of payment, we may also collect your bank details, bank sort code and bank account number. Website usage information is collected using cookies. How will we use the information about you? Initially, we collect this information about you to process your order for our goods and services. As part of the goods and services we provide, it may be necessary to share some of this information with our strategic business partners which will be communicated to you during the opening meeting or meetings with you. Our strategic business partners may well contact you shortly afterwards but we advise that you should read their own privacy policies at your leisure. Please be aware that although the DPO is responsible for the information that is collected, Data Controllers (DC) will have access to your information but which will be used for the purposes of processing the order. We will securely keep your information for the duration of the licence agreement and will approach you for renewing the licence agreement at an appropriate time. Using a Restaurants Website for Bookings (Hosted by Accent IT Services Ltd) What information do we collect about you? When visiting a restaurants booking system which is hosted by us, the information collected will be your first name, last name, contact email address and phone number, and any other special requirements. Website usage information is collected using cookies. How will we use the information about you? Initially, the information is collected in order to process your booking and for the restaurant to send confirmations of the booking back to you. Marketing and How long will we keep your information On the booking site, you will be asked to tick a box which seeks permission for the restaurant to contact you with regards future restaurant details and offers. By ticking this box, it is agreed that you have given your consent to carry out this process and that your information will be securely kept by Accent IT Services Ltd and shared with the restaurant. Your information will be kept securely whilst AccentPOS is providing a service to the restaurant. Using our websites Website usage information is collected using cookies. We also use a service called Crisp on our websites, which is a user interaction service. For example, if by making an inquiry into AccentPOS via this service, you may provide information to us. It is with the intention of you signing up to AccentPOS and in which case, the above policies will apply to your information. See section ‘Vendors/Merchants signing up to AccentPOS’. Any information supplied via this service that does not materialise into an AccentPOS Sale may be kept for a period of time but will not be used/or shared with any other party. Any Crisp interactions/messages will be deleted after a period of 12 months unless specifically requested otherwise.
