How AccentPOS adapts your outlet:

1

Designated entrance

Premises should have designated entry and exit points which follow a one-way system.

  • See the centralised premises structure further down this page. We can advise you on how to set up AccentPOS to aid you in abiding with the guidelines

2

Socially distanced spaces (indoor/outdoor)

Your customers and service team should maintain social distancing guidelines.

  • Customers can order at the table using their own device using the AccentPOS integration "Pocket waiter" which can be downloaded from the App store and Google Play store
  • The outlet can decide whether they wish to serve the customer at the table or implement the assisted click and collect system utilising the AccentPOS Heads-up display

3

Contactless orders to the kitchen

Once the customer has made their order on their own device, it is sent directly to the kitchen, where it appears on the chef's AccentPOS Heads-up display

  • The order can also be auto-printed at the chef's station from a connected AccentPOS integrated wireless printer
  • Multiple chef stations can be setup in the kitchen, each with their own device to avoid movement and ultimately maintain social distance

4

Contactless orders to the bar

Once the customer has made their order on their own device, it is sent directly to the bar, where it appears on the AccentPOS Heads-up display situated at the bar

  • The order can also be auto-printed at the bar station from a connected AccentPOS integrated wireless printer
  • Multiple bar stations can be setup at the bar, each with their own device to avoid movement and ultimately maintain social distance
  • To avoid queueing at the bar, drinks should be delivered to the table, or customer should be prompted to collect their order when ready

5

Food collection point

Dependent on the outlet's preference, customers can collect their food from a designated collection area, or table service can be provided by the service team

  • Customers should remain in their allocated area until prompted to collect their order from the designated collection area
  • The service team can manage orders with the AccentPOS Heads-up display at the order collection area
  • Masks, gloves and visors should be worn by the service team for table services and order collection area management
  • The designated order collection area can be utilised for outlets who offer takeaway service for outdoors also

6

Contactless payment and designated exit

Once the customer's experience has come to and end, they can be invited to the designated payment area. Whilst maintaining the marked one-way system, contactless payment can be made upon exiting at the designated exit

  • The payment terminal is integrated wirelessly with AccentPOS, meaning it can be mounted and the payment can be initiated by the service team whilst comfortably maintaining social distance
